Scott will capture the mood and essence of your special day by creating a 5-10 minute long film set to songs of your choosing. The film will highlight the most memorable moments of your wedding day and include excerpts from your ceremony and speeches. All footage is filmed in High Definition and will be presented to you online, followed by the gifting of a Big bear presentation box, designed to enhance your viewing experience.
If your preference lies with the Big Bear Photography package, you will receive a beautiful set of candid stills to view both online and delivered to you in a Big Bear presentation box.
For Video, General turn around for online viewing is 150 days or so due to loads of love and attention!
Photos we will have them returned back within 30 days.
A 50% deposit is required in order to save your special date and secure your booking
Final payment due one month before the official wedding day.
Add ons:
- Drone Footage - $200 (Location & Weather can effect whether the drone can be flown)
- Teaser video - $350 the Teaser video is 1 minute in duration and is edited to a Royalty free song.
- Ceremony (raw footage) - $250 - Your entire ceremony will be recorded on a stationary camera with professional audio and presented to you on usb unedited.
- Letter reading - $100 the bride & groom will be asked to prepare letters for each other prior to the wedding, the reading of these letters will be filmed before the wedding and presented back to you on usb.
- Additional hours - $250p/h it is common for weddings to run overtime, additional fees will be charged for each hour the videographer and/or photographer is required
- Royalty free music - $35, Commerical music chosen by the couple isn’t recommended for public sharing as it’s not licensed , hand picked Royalty free music has no risks for social media sharing.
- Second videographer / photographer - 4 hours = $350 / 6 hours = $500, for baby bear & little bear packages, a second videographer / photographer can be hired at your request
- Travel costs - POA
- Accomodation costs additional for travel over 3 hours
